Managing passwords is very annoying because you need to have a different password for each website to avoid getting hacked and it can really become hard to remember each password especially for websites you don't visit very often. A solution that some users utilize is an Excel document but that's not safe at all because everybody accessing your computer can copy this file and get your passwords. The goal of AnyPassword Pro is to allow you to efficiently manage your passwords in a safe way. The passwords you store in the database are encrypted, and if you enable the master password, you'll need to type your secret password, which can give you an extra safety. The program can be synchronized with a PocketPC but unfortunately can't be synchronized with Smartphones, nor can it be synchronized online. The software can import any CSV file, and if you want to stop using the program, you can export your database to a CSV file. There is an option in this program to create a portable version of the software to carry it on any USB device but it unfortunately doesn't pack the database with it: you need to manually copy the database from the software installed on your computer to the portable version. In the software itself, you can create groups to keep your passwords organized. When creating a new entry, you can add a comment, type a website in the dedicated field, and type anything you want in the extra field that has no specific purpose. You can also attach a file to an entry, for example the executable of a software allowing you to access a specific site.
Bottom-line: Good software but doesn't support synchronization with Smartphones or Internet.
